John W. Waesche: has over 30 years' experience in the insurance industry; including SVP positions with leading practitioners.
Throughout his career Mr. Waesche has focused on the design, marketing and placement of insurance products that address/facilitate the business and financial objectives of his clients. He is a specialist in insurance products that provide “credit enhancement” to the underlying transaction (Finite Risk, Residual Value, Credit & Political Risk, Extended Business Interruption/Profit Protection, Force Majeure, Liquidated Damages, Surety, etc.), and has designed and marketed ”financial risk” placements that have supported and/or secured over $1.0 Billion in Client business/contract awards.
He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and completed his master's coursework at Georgetown University.
Donald H. Horton: has over 30 years' experience in commercial real estate as a senior acquisition officer and underwriter for commercial real estate investment, financing and asset management.
Mr. Horton was head underwriter for a pension fund advisor for the Ohio State Employees' Pension Fund (funded over $700 Million in commercial loan acquisitions); a direct lender for several Wall Street conduits and insurance companies (funded over $350 Million in commercial real estate financings) from 1996-2004; has acquired on behalf of both institutional and private investors over $500 Million in commercial real estate investments. He started career in problem loan real estate asset management at Chase Manhattan Bank.
He is a graduate of Villanova University and secured his degree in Real Estate Studies from New York University.
